Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product—from budget estimates to binding contracts—collaborating with Sales and BD to deliver compelling technical and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Biologics or sterile drug product manufacturing knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Ability to travel (≤ 10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and craft proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings.
• Support revising scope with subject matter experts and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
