Vertex is seeking a Pain Territory Business Manager to establish relationships with healthcare professionals and promote JOURNAVX within designated territories in the United States. The role collaborates with PTAMs and HQ to drive adoption and ensure compliant field execution.

The TBM will develop expert knowledge of the product’s clinical attributes, navigate payer and hospital processes, and lead strategic territory plans for growth while meeting sales forecasts and budgets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of biotech sales experience, with product launch exposure.
• Experience engaging with diverse physicians.
• Experience with inpatient formulary implementation and care pathways.

Mansioni

• Establish relationships with physicians to promote JOURNAVX.
• Develop deep product knowledge and educate HCPs on use in appropriate patients.
• Understand territory dynamics, stakeholders, and referral networks.
• Create and execute strategic territory business plans to drive growth.
• Drive sales and ensure forecasts and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with PTAMs, field medical, HEOR, IDN and payer teams.
