Vertex Inc. is seeking a Pain Territory Business Manager to establish and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals for JOURNAVX in a field-based role across a defined US territory.

You’ll work with PTAMs and hospital networks to drive adoption, educate on product use, and navigate access, protocols, and referral patterns. The role demands 5+ years in biotech sales, product launch experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years in biotech sales, with product launch experience preferred.
• Experience launching products in acute pain and engaging diverse physicians.
• Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and pull-through.
• Experience pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, and order sets.
• Understanding of patient treatment geography, care coordination and referral patterns.
• Proficient IT skills to support business needs, including Veeva CRM.
• Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish professional relationships with physicians to drive adoption.
• Develop expertise on product attributes and educate HCPs on use.
• Understand territory dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and access drivers.
• Develop and implement strategic territory business plans with growth focus.
• Drive sales performance; meet or exceed territory forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with PTAMs, field medical, HEOR, IDN and payer teams.
• Model ethics and integrity; maintain compliance and trust with stakeholders.
