Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Pain Territory Business Manager to build relationships with healthcare professionals and promote JOURNAVX, a novel Nav1.8 inhibitor, in the territory. The TBM reports to a Regional Field Leader and collaborates with PTAMs and other field teams to drive growth and access in hospital and community settings.

Key responsibilities include strategic territory planning, physician engagement, and ensuring sales forecasts and budgets are met, while maintaining ethics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotech sales or similar.
• Product launch experience in acute pain is highly desired.
• Experience engaging with diverse physicians and hospital networks.
• Experience with inpatient formularies, protocols and order sets.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with assigned physicians to drive awareness and adoption of JOURNAVX.
• Develop product expertise and educate HCPs on patient selection and utilization.
