Vertex is seeking a Pain Territory Business Manager to promote JOURNAVX, build physician relationships, and work with Territory Account Managers across hospitals and health systems. You will drive adoption, educate on product attributes, and navigate payer and access dynamics within your territory.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech sales with product launches, plus experience engaging diverse physicians, pharmacies, and inpatient formularies.
