Transamerica is seeking a Manager, Group Billing Operations to lead remote teams handling premium processing, cash application, and employer-sponsored billing support. The role collaborates with offshore BPOs, brokers, customers, and internal partners to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.

You will provide coaching, performance management, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience, while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience working in an operations environment.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and convey to staff and internal/external customers.
• Proficient using MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead remote teams responsible for premium processing, cash application, and group billing operations.
• Set team objectives, priorities, and ensure goals are achieved.
• Manage team performance through coaching, development, performance reviews, and employee relations activities.
• Partner with offshore BPO teams, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and escalations.
• Oversee complex billing exceptions, payment discrepancies, and cash application processes.
• Analyze operational data and reporting to monitor performance and support business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
