Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Billing Manager to lead Billing Operations within its Financial Shared Services organization in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee a team delivering accurate, timely invoicing, improve cycle times, and drive automation and standardization across the billing function.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and process improvements to support ProMach's Order-to-Cash transformation. Strong collaboration withCollections and finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, or Order-to-Cash operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading operations teams and delivering operational improvements in a service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily billing activities, including invoicing and customer portal invoicing.
• Own and improve metrics like invoice accuracy and billing cycle time.
• Monitor SLAs and drive accountability across the team.
• Resolve complex billing issues and escalations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Collections, Cash Application, Customer Service, and finance teams to improve end-to-end billing.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with strong controls.
