Lexitas is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead billing operations in a fast-paced environment, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and team performance. You will drive process improvements and support critical financial reporting and forecasting.

The role oversees day-to-day billing, collaborates with Sales on pricing, and participates in system implementations. A hands-on leader with strong AR expertise and people management is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related function.
• Experience in a multi-geography organization.
• Experience designing and managing business processes.
• Leading employees and building high-performance teams.
• Experience supporting billing transformation or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead efficient, accurate billing operations and month-end close.
• Develop and implement billing policies, workflows, and QA processes.
• Provide leadership including staffing, training, and team planning.
• Support implementation of a company-wide billing system.
• Set priorities and identify efficiency improvements.
• Analyze daily bill-out activity against monthly revenue goals.
• Prepare contractor payroll and commission reports.
