Job summary

ProMach's Billing Operations team in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasoned Billing Manager to lead daily billing activities, ensure accuracy, and drive customer excellence. You will oversee invoicing, customer portals, and stakeholder collaboration while advancing automation and digital transformation within the Order-to-Cash program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, or Order-to-Cash with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with workflow technologies, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily billing activities, including invoice generation and portal invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Own and improve key operational metrics, including invoice accuracy and billing cycle time.
• Monitor SLAs and goals to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.
• Resolve complex billing issues, disputes, and escalations through data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Collections, Cash Application, Customer Service and finance teams to improve end-to-end billing.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with strong controls.
