Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, or Order-to-Cash operations, including leadership.
• Proven experience leading operations teams and delivering operational improvements in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience with customer invoicing portals such as Coupa, Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with workflow technologies, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and implement sustainable solutions in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily billing activities, including invoice generation, customer portal invoicing, invoice delivery, customer support, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Own and improve key operational metrics, including invoice accuracy, billing cycle time, electronic invoicing adoption, productivity, and customer experience measures.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and operational goals, ensuring consistent delivery and accountability across the team.
• Resolve complex billing issues, disputes, and customer escalations through fact-based analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Collections, Cash Application, Customer Service, and divisional finance teams to improve end-to-end billing and customer experience.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.
