DLA Piper is seeking a Manager, Client Accounts to lead global billing and reporting, ensuring exceptional client service. You will supervise Client Account Analysts, drive monthly billing closes, and implement best practices aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and Excel/Aderant expertise, with a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to implement best practices for Global Billing and Reporting.
• Lead Client Account Analysts with daily supervision and guidance.
• Oversee monthly billing close and open processes and escalate delays.
• Ensure assignments are completed timely to meet client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training and performance reviews for team members.
• Train staff on global billing policies and reporting processes.
• Onboard new team members and offer guidance on procedures.
• Research and resolve client issues including account analyses.
• Escalate unresolved billing or reporting issues to senior management.
• Track team metrics and reporting to improve client service.
• Create and validate complex monthly reports and identify reporting needs.
• Lead projects and coordinate planning, development and execution.
