This hybrid role supports US offices, collaborating with lawyers and business professionals to ensure timely, accurate client billing.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a billing function in a law or professional services firm.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency of Excel and accounting systems Elite or Aderant.
• Experience with e-Billing applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Billing and Reporting initiatives and drive results with stakeholders.
• Supervise Client Account Analysts and provide guidance and coaching.
• Oversee monthly billing close and issue-resolution processes.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain client expectations.
• Provide training to promote consistent billing processes across the department.
• Onboard new team members and guide standard global billing procedures.
• Escalate unresolved billing issues to senior management as needed.
• Track team metrics and develop reporting to improve client service.
