You will supervise Client Account Analysts, oversee monthly closes, and train staff to ensure consistent use of billing procedures. This role supports flexible hybrid work across US offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred.
• 7 years of experience in billing in a law or professional services firm; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement global billing and reporting best practices.
• Lead Client Account Analysts with daily supervision and guidance.
• Oversee monthly billing close, resolve issues and escalate delays.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments meeting client expectations.
• Provide training and coaching to promote consistent billing processes.
