Mission Lane LLC is hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team to have direct, honest conversations with customers to bring accounts back on track.

You will speak with customers behind on payments, propose options, follow scripts, and work toward a plan that works for them. This is a remote role with a collaborative, virtual team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a remote, metrics-driven environment.
• Willingness to work a remote schedule with active collaboration in AI spaces.
• Private, quiet workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers behind on payments, requesting full or plan-based payments.
• Navigate objections to reach workable payment arrangements.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to stay compliant and consistent.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for collections, quality, and productivity.
• Receive coaching and apply it on the next call.
• Flag complex issues to the manager for guidance.
• Engage with the team in Collaboration Room AI for real-time collaboration.
• Ask for payment directly while remaining patient and persistent.
• Value structure, consistency, and adherence to procedures.
• Contribute to a connected, remote team environment.
