Mission Lane LLC is hiring bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team. You will have direct, honest conversations with customers to establish payment plans or recoveries in a fair, respectful manner from a remote setting.

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll use scripts, tools, and account guidelines to stay compliant while meeting daily performance targets and collaborating with a remote team in Collaboration Room AI.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with active presence in Collaboration Room AI.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who've fallen behind on payment, understand their circumstances, and request what's owed, in full or via a workable plan.
• Handle pushback and objections while guiding toward a plan that works for the customer.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to maintain consistency, professionalism, and compliance.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Take coaching and apply it on subsequent calls.
• Flag unusual cases to manager for guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates in Collaboration Room AI and stay connected remotely.
• Demonstrate structure, compliance, and persistence in every call.
