Mission Lane LLC is hiring bilingual Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team to have direct, honest conversations with customers about getting their accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully. This is a remote role for residents of the United States.

You will work with customers to understand circumstances, propose payment options, follow scripts, meet daily targets, and collaborate with a remote team in Collaboration Room AI.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
• Must be able to work remotely with camera on outside breaks.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.
• Familiarity with contact center technology and current financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who fell behind on payments to understand circumstances and request owed amounts or propose workable plans.
• Handle objections with patience, guiding customers toward feasible payment arrangements.
• Follow scripts, tools, and account guidelines to stay compliant and consistent.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Take feedback quickly and apply it on the next call.
• Collaborate with the team in Collaboration Room AI to stay connected and supported.
