Mission Lane LLC is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinator for our Collections & Recoveries team in a remote role across the United States. You will have direct conversations with customers to outline what is owed and offer workable payment plans, guiding them toward a plan that fits their life.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with Collaboration Room AI, camera on outside breaks and lunch.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who’ve fallen behind on payment and obtain full or workable payment plans.
• Handle pushback and objections while maintaining a patient, persistent approach.
• Follow scripts, tools, and account guidelines to stay compliant and consistent.
• Read conversations quickly and adjust approach while keeping the goal in view.
• Keep accurate, timely records of calls and outcomes in our systems.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Take coaching and apply it on the next call.
• Flag complex accounts or issues to your manager for guidance.
• Engage with the team in Collaboration Room AI to stay connected remotely.
