Job summary

Mission Lane LLC is hiring a bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinator for the Collections & Recoveries team. You will directly discuss payment options with customers, maintain compliance scripts, and work toward actionable plans to move accounts forward.

You’ll operate in a remote-first environment with Collaboration Room AI, Slack, and Google Meet for daily coaching and teamwork, while meeting performance metrics and staying connected with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments and discuss owed amounts or workable payment plans.
• Handle objections with patience to reach a feasible plan for the customer.
• Follow established scripts and tools to maintain consistency, professionalism, and compliance.
• Record call outcomes accurately in the systems.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Flag complex accounts or issues to the manager for guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates in a remote, video-based team space.
