Mission Lane is hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team. You will have direct conversations with customers about getting accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully, while meeting daily collection goals.

You’ll work remotely with a highly supportive virtual team, using Collaboration Room AI, Slack, and Google Meet for coaching and daily huddles. Shift options vary, with competitive starting pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments and discuss options.
• Work through objections and pushback to reach workable payment plans.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to stay compliant and consistent.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Take coaching feedback and apply it on the next call.
• Flag complex accounts or issues to management for guidance.
• Engage with the remote Collaboration Room AI for team coordination.
• Maintain structure and follow procedures to ensure reliability.
