Mission Lane is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinator for the Collections & Recoveries team to have direct, honest conversations with customers about getting accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully.

A remote position for U.S. residents, requiring 1+ year in a phone-based, customer-facing role and strong English/Spanish communication. You’ll work with a collaborative remote team and use modern tools to stay compliant and productive.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a remote setting.
• Active presence in Collaboration Room AI during shift.

Aufgaben

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments and discuss owed amounts.
• Guide customers toward workable payment plans respecting their circumstances.
• Follow scripts and tools to ensure compliant conversations.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for collections and productivity.
• Collaborate with team via virtual space and Slack for coaching and updates.
