Mission Lane LLC is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinator for our Collections & Recoveries team. You will have direct conversations with customers to discuss owed amounts and workable plans, while meeting daily collections and productivity targets.

This remote role requires a private workspace, reliable internet, and strong communication in both English and Spanish. Shift options and performance-based incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with active presence in Collaboration Room AI, camera on outside breaks.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments and discuss owed amounts or workable payment plans.
• Handle pushback and objections while guiding customers toward a plan that works for them.
• Follow scripts, tools, and account guidelines to ensure consistency, professionalism, and compliance.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Accept coaching and apply feedback on subsequent calls.
• Flag unusual accounts to management for guidance.
• Collaborate with team in Collaboration Room AI for daily communication and coaching.
• Maintain structure, follow procedures, and work within a remote team environment.
