Mission Lane LLC is hiring bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team to have direct, honest conversations with customers about getting their accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will speak with customers who have fallen behind on payments, understand their circumstances, and help them land on a plan that works for their life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with active presence on Collaboration Room AI.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payment and discuss owed amounts or workable payment plans.
• Handle objections with patience and persistence to reach a plan.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to stay compliant and consistent.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Take coaching and apply it on your next call.
• Flag complex or unusual accounts to the manager for guidance.
• Stay engaged with the team in Collaboration Room AI and maintain a connected remote presence.
• Follow procedures and maintain structured, consistent processes.
• Be part of a connected, engaged remote team.
