Mission Lane is seeking bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for its Collections & Recoveries team. The role involves direct conversations with customers to create fair plans for getting accounts back on track, with a focus on clarity, respect, and compliant processes.

You will work remotely, collaborate via AI rooms and Slack, and support a metrics-driven environment. Start with strong communication, persistence, and a commitment to helping customers move forward.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to consistently meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule while maintaining an active presence in Collaboration Room AI throughout your shift, camera on outside of breaks and lunch.
• Fast, reliable internet (minimum 80 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload) and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers who have fallen behind on payment to determine owed amounts and feasible payment plans.
• Handle objections with patience and persistence to reach workable solutions.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant conversations.
• Read conversations quickly and adjust strategies while keeping the goal in mind.
• Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in our systems.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
