Mission Lane LLC is hiring bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinators for our Collections & Recoveries team. You will have direct conversations with customers about getting accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully.

The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to scripts, and meeting daily collection targets. You will work remotely from home with a remote-first culture, collaborating via Collaboration Room AI, Slack, and Google Meet.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work a remote schedule with active presence in Collaboration Room AI.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers who’ve fallen behind on payments and discuss owed amounts or workable plans.
• Handle pushback and objections while guiding toward a plan that works for the customer.
• Follow scripts, tools, and guidelines to ensure compliant, consistent conversations.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for collections, quality, and productivity.
• Take coaching and apply it on the next call.
