Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. You will manage schedules, coordinate independent contractors, and ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.

The role is field-based with daily onsite presence and requires travel within the territory. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is highly preferred and you’ll work closely with clients to maintain service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume service environment.
• Directing independent contractors and onsite service delivery.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and selected construction services.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to client expectations.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch qualified contractors.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors on progress.
• Close out work orders and ensure proper billing and photos in app.
• Support contractor onboarding and compliance.
