Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead day-to-day Make Ready and Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. You will supervise field operations, manage independent contractors, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the primary client contact for service delivery.

In this field-based role, you will build schedules in the work order system, coordinate contractors, monitor KPIs, and drive on-site improvements with leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing services in a high-volume environment.
• Experience directing independent contractors and onsite delivery.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and analyze issues.
• Comfortable working with onsite decision-makers and field partners.
• Experience with CRM/work order platforms; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and select construction services across assigned communities.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Build and manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source, select and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to confirm status, quality and compliance.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors regarding progress.
• Close out work orders to support contractor payment and client billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Manage service issues and escalations with leadership support.
