MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee field operations and delivery across assigned apartment communities. You will manage Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and select construction services, coordinating schedules, contractors, and client communications to ensure timely, high-quality results.

The role emphasizes safety, client satisfaction, and on-site leadership with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing services in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Directing independent contractors on onsite service delivery.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Organized and analytical, able to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues.
• Experience with CRM and work order platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and select construction services across assigned apartment communities.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source and dispatch qualified independent contractors as needed.
• Conduct daily site visits to verify status, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors on progress.
• Close work orders with required documentation for payments and billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Address service issues and escalations with leadership support.
• Aim for KPIs like go-back rates, turnaround times, app usage, and client retention.
