Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, repair, and maintenance services across assigned apartment communities. This field-based role requires owner mindset, contractor management, and strong client communication to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a high-volume service setting, proficiency with CRM/work order systems (Salesforce preferred), and a bilingual English/Spanish skill set.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing services in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Proven experience directing independent contractors and onsite service delivery.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and select construction services across assigned properties.
• Ensure work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with client expectations.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors regarding status and progress.
• Support contractor onboarding and compliance processes as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support branch goals.
