Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee Make Ready and maintenance services across apartment communities. You will manage field operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining client relationships.

The role is field-based with daily onsite presence and requires travel within the assigned territory. A strong focus on service delivery metrics and problem-solving will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service operations or equivalent.
• Experience directing on-site service delivery and contractors.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across communities.
• Manage schedules and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to verify status and quality.
• Communicate with clients and contractors; resolve issues promptly.
• Close work orders, ensure billing accuracy and contractor payments.
• Track KPIs like go-back rates and order turnaround.
