MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across a portfolio of apartment communities. You will supervise field operations, manage independent contractors, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the primary client contact for service delivery.

The role requires travel within the assigned territory, a field-based, daily onsite presence, and a salary starting at $50,000 with a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service ops in a high-volume environment.
• Experience directing independent contractors and onsite delivery.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and analyze issues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across communities.
• Ensure timely completion, quality, and client alignment.
• Manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to confirm status and compliance.
• Maintain client and contractor communications on progress.
• Close work orders with proper photos for payments and billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Handle service issues with leadership when needed.
• Achieve service KPIs like go-back rates and retention.
