Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. This field-based role manages contractors, ensures safety and quality, and serves as the primary client contact for service delivery.

You will drive schedules, coordinate contractors, monitor KPIs, and build strong onsite relationships while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service operations in a high-volume environment.
• Proven field leadership directing independent contractors and onsite delivery.
• Strong customer focus and client satisfaction mindset.
• Organized and analytical with multi-priority management.
• Experience with CRM and work order systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Recruitment and onboarding of service contractors.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and construction services across communities.
• Ensure work completes on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with client expectations.
• Manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source, select, dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct site visits to verify status, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors about progress.
• Close work orders and support contractor payments and billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Handle service issues and escalations with leadership support.
• Hit service delivery KPIs like go-back rates and retention.
