Empower is seeking a customer service associate to join our call center and help participants, employers and plan specialists with retirement accounts. You will receive comprehensive training to build a solid foundation and ongoing coaching for your role and career path.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience or two+ years overall.
• Experience in customer service settings such as food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service within our call center for customers’ retirement savings accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without cold calls or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon direction from the customer.
