Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant financial services experience.
• Strong relationship management skills in a professional manner.
• Ability to facilitate one-on-one and group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual education presentations to plan participants.
• Drive actions to improve retirement outcomes including enrollments and deferrals.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
