Job summary

Empower is looking for a remote full-time associate to provide exceptional customer service in our call center. Responsibilities include answering inquiries related to retirement plans, educating customers, and processing account changes. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, along with a relevant degree or experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours.
• At least one year of customer service experience OR two years of customer service experience.
• Capability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans.
• Provide excellent service within our call center.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.

Skills

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Customer service experience

Financial Services or call center experience

Education

Associate degree or higher
