Empower Retirement, LLC seeks a customer-focused call center representative to assist participants, employers, and plan specialists with retirement accounts. You will complete training and receive ongoing coaching to advance your career in financial services.

Responsibilities include handling contributions, loans, withdrawals, and account changes while delivering excellent service. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish with a 40-hour week plus occasional Saturday and potential bonuses for

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (or two+ years)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Availability to work a 40-hour week and occasional Saturday

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service in our call center for retirement accounts
• Educate and empower customers without cold calling or sales
• Communicate plan updates and changes
• Process contribution changes, loans and withdrawals
• Process general account changes per customer instructions
