Job summary

Empower is seeking a bilingual Contact Center Associate to handle retirement plan inquiries from participants, employers, and plan specialists in a dynamic call center environment. You'll receive paid associate training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience OR two+ years.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans.
• Provide excellent service within our call center for retirement accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without cold calls or sales.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon customer instruction.
