Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a customer service associate to handle retirement plan inquiries in a call center environment in Overland Park, KS. You will complete paid training and receive ongoing coaching to grow within the role.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, a 40-hour work week with occasional after-hours, and a strong commitment to quality service and accuracy in handling account changes and contributions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience or two or more years of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week including occasional evenings or Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
• Educate customers about plans and changes without cold calling or sales
• Process account changes, contributions, loans, withdrawals and other requests
