Empower LLC is seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional to join our remote nationwide call center team, handling inquiries from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists with accurate, friendly guidance.

New associates receive paid training and ongoing coaching, with a defined path for career growth. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and flexibility for assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher and 1+ year of customer service experience (or 2+ years if no degree).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week outside traditional business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service within our call center for customers’ retirement savings accounts.
• Educate and empower customers without cold calls or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon direction from the customer.
