Job summary

Crewbloom- is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. You will build strong client relationships, guide onboarding, resolve issues, and help clients maximize the value of our services for U.S. customers.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English and Spanish, works independently in a remote setting, and aligns with Pacific Time availability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Prior experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers through phone, video, and email.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to build trust and relationships.
• Willing to work U.S. Pacific Time (PT).

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients via calls, emails, and video meetings.
• Respond to questions and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize service value.
• Monitor engagement and identify potential retention risks and opportunities for growth.
