Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Manager, or Support role.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients, 1,000–10,000 users.
• Inspiring communicator comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Ability to travel across the Americas as needed.
• Experience in social listening or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders of the global enterprise client.
• Present engaging training sessions in English and Spanish.
• Own the usage metrics for this client across the Americas.
• Support users with ad-hoc project support and technical guidance.
• Generate proactive conversations with clients to encourage tool usage.
