TLNT is an early-stage, AI-first healthtech startup offering a fully remote Customer Success Manager role. You will own the clinic experience from signed contract through go-live and ongoing support, handling onboarding, training, integrations, and platform configuration across English- and Spanish-speaking clinics in North and Central America.

You’ll work with the founders in a fast-moving team, applying AI tools and light coding to speed up workflows and ensure clients realize real results.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
• 3–5 years as a CSM, technical onboarding specialist, implementation specialist, or similar.
• Experience at a tech startup or scale-up with <200 employees.
• B2B SaaS experience, ideally supporting business owners.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding for each clinic from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure clinic-branded patient portal, AI coordinator, and automations.
