Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated, bilingual customer service professional for a remote, work-from-home role based in the United States. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell products and services while delivering a best-in-class customer experience across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Typing 20+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions while following scripts and policies.
• Protect confidential information and escalate issues as needed.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.
