Faria Education Group seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager/School Experience Manager to lead executive relationships for a large international school group. You will coordinate across Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation to deliver a unified client experience from HQ to individual campuses.

This remote role requires EST-appropriate hours and travel to school sites as needed, with a focus on retention, product adoption, and renewal risk management across regions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience managing executive relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation.
• Willingness to work EST hours and support calls across time zones.
• Remote work with travel to sites; strong cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive relationships at group HQ level, including C-suite contacts.
• Develop multi-year account plans for retention and expansion.
• Drive cross-functional coordination for implementation and product adoption.
• Monitor health scores and renewal risk within the group.
• Lead onboarding and change management for new school groups.
