Primal Storm is seeking a reliable, Spanish-speaking Customer Success Agent to support customers globally in both Spanish and English. This remote, part-time role features rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends, with a starting rate of $5 per hour and performance bonuses.

You’ll handle inquiries across email, live chat, and social media, assist with orders and subscriptions, and help reduce cancellations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) or equivalent with excellent written communication.
• Professional English (B2+) for internal communication.
• At least one year of customer support experience, preferably in DTC/subscription brands.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English via email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, and complaints.
• Help retain subscribers by addressing concerns and reducing avoidable cancellations.
• Follow SOPs and brand guidelines; use sound judgment to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex cases, maintain accurate records, and encourage positive reviews.
