Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients and guests during arrival.
• Completes check-in/out functions as directed.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Registers patients as needed and obtains consents.
• Collects co-payments and process payments.
• Posts payments and closes end-of-day cash drawer.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Informs patients of delays or changes in appointment status.
• Schedules appointments as necessary.
• May float to other ICCs/departments as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
