Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays and balances.
• Update patient demographics and company information for all patients.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Direct and document patient calls as appropriate.
• Coordinate scheduling of outside testing for patients.
• Serve as liaison between patient and practice and provide back-up for scheduling.
