Mission Lane is hiring for an Operations Coordinator in the Collections & Recoveries team. You will have direct conversations with customers to establish fair payment plans and help them move forward, following scripts, tools, and account guidelines to stay compliant.

The role requires 1+ year in phone-based customer-facing work, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work remotely with a stable home setup and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work remotely with active presence in Collaboration Room AI.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who've fallen behind on payment and discuss owed amounts.
• Handle objections and guide to a workable payment plan.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Read conversations quickly and adjust approach with the goal of resolution.
• Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in our systems.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
• Flag complex accounts to your manager for guidance.
• Engage with team in Collaboration Room AI to stay connected.
