Excelsia Injury Care seeks an organized medical receptionist/administrator to greet patients, check them in and out, and manage ongoing scheduling. You will support chiropractors, handle records, and maintain accurate communications per PA guidelines.

Minimum 6 months medical office experience with data entry and basic computer skills is required. The role offers a stable work environment and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months medical administrative experience in a physician office.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and check in/out with proper customer service.
• Follow up with confirmations and no-shows; manage calls.
• Scan/upload paperwork to the EHR and request records.
• Assist with drug screening and maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Support chiropractors by preparing patients and updating records.
• Coordinate non-clinical admin support and scheduling.
