Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a motivated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our front desk in Norristown, PA. You will greet patients, process check-ins/outs, and support EHR workflows in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6+ months of medical office experience, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish translation is required to assist Spanish-speaking patients as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of medical admin experience in a physician office.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out with professional etiquette.
• Follow up with confirmation calls and no-show calls.
• Scan/upload paperwork to the EHR and manage records.
• Drug screening.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and patient areas.
• Support chiropractors by preparing patients and updating records.
• Coordinate patient intake and follow-up documentation.
• Triage patients and take basic vitals.
• Communicate with doctors, patients, and staff effectively.
