Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of medical office experience, and familiarity with Word, Outlook, and EHR systems. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and stable work hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of medical administrative office experience.
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Word/Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to departmental physicians and managers.
• Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate medical treatment areas.
• Assist with chart preparation and filing of reports.
• Maintain supply inventory and office equipment.
• Scan and upload documents to the EHR.
• Handle patient communications and scheduling.
